For these exhibits we had to step up zebraproof to lionproof! Assisted W19 Design with development and installation of interactive touchscreen and audio exhibits for ZSL London Zoo’s Land of the Lions exhibit, opened summer 2016. The exhibits engage visitors with the work of the Conservation Rangers in the Gir Forest National Park in India, home to the only remaining population of Asiatic lions. In a reconstructed Rangers’ hut, the exhibits are exposed to the elements, as well as school children and the public, so the design required a level of robustness.
