Facilitation of an international workshop to present and discuss best practice in the planning, design and operation of wetland education centres. Assisted with the production and editing of the resulting handbook, including submitting case studies. The workshop was held in South Korea, supported by the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands of International Importance and the Environment Ecosystem Research Foundation (ERF). This work was completed in 2014 when employed by WWT Consulting.

Many of the guidelines in the handbook are applicable to other types of visitor centre.
